SSL and owas3.0 on windows nt 4.0 srv

Hi,

I would like to install SSL to secure the communication between the browser and my my pl/sql application. I am running owas3.0 under windows NT 4.0 server.

1.Type genreq to start the utility.

Well, kind of funny... But on any of my drives, I don't have genreq!!!

Anyone have hint as to where I should find the correct process to install ssl under owas3 ?
