Dear Rajs.
We have this problem some month ago( O7.3.2 SCO 5.0 ) . Problem is in SCO
socket implementation.
Some solving we are made:
1. Patch SCO
2. If 1. not possible today do folowing:
telnet to SCO( you may try to do this in terminal window ).
run lsnrctl
type START
AND DO NOT leave this program . ( you will be surprise but it work ! )
