HELP ! SQL LOADER 605 - Non-data dependent Oracle Error occured

We have Oracle 7.3 on Win NT 4.0. I loaded 99540 records from a fixed format text file into an Oracle table. Then I had to add 3 new fields(columns) to the table. So I truncated the table and changed the structure. But when I started loading the data again, it gave the above error, which I suppose is due to space problem.

I have a rollback tablespace with 10 MB space and all of it has been used up. There is no free space. Is there a way to get back that 10MB space?
