If you are not finding any of the 'DBA_' or 'v$' views, then run the
following
'sql' scripts:
As user 'sys': ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql
ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql
As user 'system': ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/pupbld.sql
