Help about memory (shmget)

Hi:

	I was  working in a Alpha 400 with unix v 3.2c (128 Mb Ran )and 
	Oracle 7.2.2.   And now , the program "sqlplus" from oracle  give me 
	this error "shmget error" . I have update the system to 3.2c  ,
	 reinstaled oracle but it doesn't work . 

	Please any suggest ?
