Can't start database!!!!!

I had a system crash using SCO Unix 3.2.4.2 with Oracle 6.0.37.3.1. I can't
restart the database and I get


the error " ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3020],[ ],[ ],[ ],[
],[ ]" during the startup


command in SQLDBA. Do I have to recover the database from it's last
backup??
