problem to install SQL*Net

I had problem to install SQL*Net 2.xx (16 bits) at 
NT Workstation 4.0. When the TCP/IP Adapter installation start, it
copied


files, but finally it hang on the step: tnspine.exe. I 
tried power down the machine, but it doesn't help.



Is it possible because that the machine already have
SQL*Net 32 bits. I try to uninstall SQL*Net 32 bits, 
but it fail to remove all components.
