Connect internal password

Hello,

I am interested in turning on CONNECT INTERNAL password authentication. During installation I chose not to assign a password to internal thus turning off password authentication for internal. The book says we can change this somehow. Does anyone know how to add passwords to internal after oracle is installed. I know you can use orapsw to assign an actual password but I think you have to tell oracle to look for one. Thanks for any help.
