HELP!!! Toolbar Icons in Forms 4.5

I am at my wits end. I am trying to make a toolbar with small icons(16x16) in Forms 4.5
I need to know 1 of 2 things. Can I make 32 x 32 icons appear small (16x16), and... if not
Where can I find some 16x16 icons??? I've searched seemingly everywhere.
I need icons for the following:
start query, execute query, (1st, previous, next, last), delete, back(to parent menu), exit, save, save & print, help... etc.
