I have always run Oracle on UNIX servers until recently. I changed jobs to an NT shop and so far am impressed with the NT server we have and how it handles Oracle with a 10GB database. I am still working on building the database up so I'm unsure as to any file size restrictions but so far, no problems. We are using an HP dual processor Pentium Pro 200 MHz server with 512MB of memory. Another aspect to consider is OS administration. I'm sure you'll agree that NT admin is much easier than any UNIX system.

Good Luck with you decision.
