Rollback Segment Fragmentation

I have read in manuals that one reason you drop and re-create rollback
segments is to defragment them.  However, I have not found how you
determine if a rollback segment is fragmented.  Please point me to a
manual that covers this or explain how to determine rollback segment
fragmentation.  Thanks for your help.  Dale Porter
