Creating Oracle Databases

Hi,

I'm a VB developer experienced with MS SQL Server who has just landed a contract to create an Oracle Client Server System. I'm pretty happy that the SQL part is generally similar, with oracle being more fully featured than SQl Server.

I am a bit stuck on database creation. Is there a graphical tool for creating databases or am I stuck with the CREATE DATABASE statement with it's myriad of switches. If I am can someone give me a plain English description of the typical syntax used.
