Max SGA/Global Section with Oracle 7.1.5 on AlphaVms 6.2

I am presently running Oracle 7.1.5 on OpenVms 6.2 on an Alpha Cluster.

I have declared a global section of 32Mb which means to say I can't create an SGA larger than that number.

Since I am purchasing additional memory would apreciate any experience with
larger global sections/SGA (64 or 100Mb). Any problems, suggestions, what
recommended values for wsdef, wsquota, wsextent, pglfquota?
