ORACLE and Open VMS exporting to TAPE

Can anyone tell me how to export an oracle database directly to a tape
drive. I tried:


$exp scott/tiger file=mkc400:dmp.dmp


I have formatted the tape mounted it native VMS.
I get an error.



VMS 6.1



ORacle 7.1.3
