ORA-9243: smsget:error attaching to SGA

Hi,

what does this error msg. mean and how can the instance started again. When me moved our server from one location to another there were still some users logged in, so we shutted down with abort option. Than move the Server, connected the physics and booted. all services where started. When invoking svrmgr23 and connecting as internal the message connected to an idle instance was raised - so I tried to startup, but error-msg 3113 was raised. When I tried to start via instance manager an error stack was displayed: ORA 1034 Oracle not available

					ORA 9243 smsget: error attaching to SGA
					OSD 4104 invalid SGA: SGA not initialized

any help highly appreciated
