This is generally a sign of a more serious problem. Check the alert log ($ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/log on unix; $ORACLE_HOME\rdmbs<xx>\trace on NT) and look for 'ORA-' errors that occurred at the same time. If yo are on a unix platform and the errors are 'ORA-07445', call Oracle support and they may be able to supply a patch. Received on Fri Jun 20 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
