Cannot connect to database after creating new database and instance

I am in big trouble



We run Oracle 7.3.2.2 on NT 4.0



Ontil yesterday we had only one database running so far so good.



Then I created a new instance and a new database by the book.



Now we can connect to neither of the databases via Sql-net



If anyone have any ideas they would be much appreciated



Ps.


We are running multible ip-adresses on the NT, but i cannot tnsping any
of those
