The first version of Oracle that supports NT 4.0 is version 7.3.2.2.1 There are 7.3 version that are earlier that do not support NT 4.0. I do agree with Hans about running the installation program in Nx86. Make sure you read all the readme files. Sometimes they will give you the answer you're looking for.
