OEM 1.3.5 Installation problem?

I am having a problem installing the OEM 1.3.5.0.0 for Win95.  I get
the following error after selecting OEM 1.3.5.0.0 from the asset
manager within Orainst:

	oem10.ins[154]:write_error while coping file
		c:\windows\system\oleaut32.new





Has anyone had this problem, if so, how was it resolved?  Any input
would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
