Re: Table partition in VLDB database

I am afraid you will have to wait until Oracle8 is officialy anounced! I doubt you will find any official site with informations about Oracle8.

On EOUG97 in Wienna we had to sign nondisclosure agreament with Oracle to have been able to attend more in-depth presentation of Ora8 new features. I can only say differences in the field of table partitioning are huge and very significant!
