Parallel Server / CREATE DATABASE

Hi,

I've installed the Oracle Parallel Server 7.3.2.2 software and now I'm trying
to create my database. When I issue the command, I receive de following message:

ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-00200: cannot create control file '/dev/ovsd.ctl1'
ORA-07420: sfccf: Illegal file type.                           

I've defined and configured the VSDs, they are all in ACTIVE mode.

Any help?
