The only thing which is not reversible after the database is created is
the db_block_size or
the database block size.So find an optimal block size for your database.
Also check that you have allocate sufficient space for system tablespace
200MB should be
fine so that you do not have to add datafiles to system tablespace.
All other parameters of the database can be changed after the database is created.
