  1. avoid admin server is for really secure. even changed 8888 to others. It is easy to find which port you are using plus the hard saved password. damages can be made.
  2. there are no number limit for user and realm. you can set the limit in admin server or config file. It's pretty much depends on the machine and the network. load-balance is a important issue when implement the web server. Oracle Web Server can be setup to balance load among couple of servers.
