Dec Alpha OpenVMS and Oracle 7.1.5.2.3

Is anyone in the Greater Washington D.C. area running OpenVMS with Oracle 7.1.5.2.3? I am in need of the patch that for this version. Oracle is shipping it to me, however, my database is down until I get the patch and if possible I would like to borrow it from you. I will pick it up. Send mail or call me at (202)685-4736.
