Information of 7.3.3

I have a client that is wanting to upgrade their HP/UX system from 10.10 to 11.?? and Oracle from 7.2.2.3 to 7.3.3. What issues are there concerning these two upgrades? How stable? How different is 11 from 10? (I know the differences in 7.3 ) are there any big bugs or problems with this configuration? Please post answers here. I am being overwhelmed with get-rich-quick schemes from desparate spammers so my header email is wrong.
