You can only do it (via Oracle) using 7.3 (not 7.2).

In 7.3


The IP address get recorded in comment$text in the AUD$ table if you audit logons/logoffs (i.e. 'audit session'). The port number is also recorded.

In 7.2



Very messy and has to be done at Unix level. Not easy.
