OpenLink Software has just released a new ODBC Driver for Oracle that
supports RDO (VB 4.0 or VB 5.0), this new driver release supports implicit
Scrollable Cursors i.e. the Scrollable Cursor support is Driver based as
opposed to being implemented via the Microsoft Cursor Library.
