You need database links.
- Export the source database structure and import it into the target
database.
- Drop Indexes.

Disable all constraints.
With a simple automated process you can create a stored procedure for each table in a schema to read from source and update the traget table. While doing it COMMIT after 'n' number of records to reduce ROLLBACK IO. (You may use INSERT with SELECT option also).
Enable all constarints
Create all Indexes (Import utlity has an option to create a script).
