Where should I install Developer 2000?

Hi,

I am running Server 7.2.3 on Sun solaris 2.4. Oracle is currently installed in /opt/oracle directory. I am trying to install Developer 2000 version 1.3.1. Where should I put it? Should I install it in /opt/oracle/form45 or shuold I change my current struction to OFA compliance(change /opt/oracle to /opt/oracle/product/7.2.3). If I use OFA, should I install developer 2000 in /opt/oracle/product/7.2.3/form45 or /opt/oralce/product/7.3/form45?

Any suggestion?
