        There was a 'bug' in 7.3.2.1 that delayed the connection for my version (SP2 AIX). Call Oracle and ask for the 401400 bug.

        They've told me that even 7.3.2.2 has important bugs (at least for AIX SP2). Wait for next revision to put it on production.
