7.1.3.3.3 on NT - Automatically start database ?

I am running 7.1.3.3.3 on Windows NT 3.51. I have noticed that 7.2 and later automatically start the database when the system is started.

Is there a way to get a 7.1.3.3.3 database to automatically start-up when the machine is restarted ?
