Look at two things ... first the docs ... you are asking basic syntax questions all covered in Morgan's Library at www.psoug.org and in Oracle's online docs at http://tahiti.oracle.com.

Second look at the TABLES keyword.

Also seriously consdier using DataPump as it is more sophisticated.
