Oracle Lite: Publish application using a WAR file ??

Hello,

When you try to publish an application in Mobile server, you have 2 options.One using Jar file and the other using WAR file. Does anybody have any idea of how to create a WAR file and use it to publish

I have also read in Oracle news groups that JAVA API can be used over WTGPACK to publish application on mobile server. If anybody has any knowledge of any of the above, please let me know.
