Actually, it's a VERY good solution to dealing with auditors, SOX or otherwise. Risk is the cost of doing business. If you can't accept some risk, then you shouldn't be doing business. The proper role of seecurity, SOX, and any other auditors are to quantify and reduce risk, not to pretend to eliminate it. Received on Tue Sep 05 2006 - 10:12:41 CDT
