Normally this is indicative that the Windows account you used to install the database has a space in it. This is a known problem with the beta. Workaround is uninstall (using Add/Remove Programs, create a new Windows user without a space (note you cannot just change the username you used), grant this new user Administrator privileges, logon as this user, and re-install).
