Oracle Lite for qtek 9090

Hello,

I had installed the Oracle 10g Lite enviroment on a existing Oracle 10g and the installation on the Qtek9090 was also successfully. I had also defined the tables which should be syncronized. But i had no idea how i can connect from the mobile device to the main database or from the Lite Administration Console to the mobile device. Has any body a How do or can give me a hint, please ?
