PLSQL is a language, not a tool. Many people use the SQLPLUS tool to input and run PLSQL. Some people use TOAD. There are dozens of other tools out there as well.

PLEASE tell us what tool you are using. You are obviously NOT using SQLPlus as you can't "right click" that. If necessary, please tell us what icon you click to start this.
