graphics or chart with forms 10g

Hello,

I would like to display charts from a "csv-file" with forms 10g. I think there are at the moment two ways to do so: first; install graphics builder 6i on same machine as application server 10g in own oracle_home, and work with "old" graphics; second use the jdeveloper and the BI charts.

I'm new to graphics builder an to jdeveloper as well.

Has anyone some good advices or even example ??
