Based on what you've written I believe you have a near 100% lack of understanding of what the word 'grid' means in the context of Oracle. There is no relationship between anything you've written and a grid.

I would suggest you go to http://tahiti.oracle.com and http://otn.oracle.com and read the concepts and architecture docs.
