If the travel time is > 4 hours each way, then I negotiate for time .... after all that could be a day of revenue. I may discount the travel by 100% on the final invoice, but I do let them know that they got a day for free.

If they demand arrival for Monday AM, then additional negotiation is required. At least give me an explanation why my family needs to lose out.
