Sorry but I'm all out of tears for you. You should join IOUG because it is an organization whose programs will benefit you and your career. Not try to slide by doing the very least you can.

I hope no one helps you out because you need to learn more than syntax and architecture ... you need to learn to be responsible and ethical: Join IOUG if that is what it takes.
