forms dev6i release 2 hang on nt workstation 4.0 patch 5

I've installed form and report 6i release 2 on nt workstation 4.0 with (the
patchset 5 o f NT)and i can't run any .exe other then sqlplus.exe.
I try with ifrun60 and ifbld60 but they hang with no error message.
After i have to restart the pc becouse i can't stop the applications.



This on two different pc of a customer.


After i've installed also the patch 13 of the developer but i have the same
result.



What can i do ?
