Oracle Apps A/R: downloading Oracle's Invoices, Credit Memos & Debit Memo's

has anyone had any success in downloading (even automating) Oracle's Invoices, Credit Memos & Debit Memo's.

Due to budget reasons we need to port the formatted files to our mainframe to print the forms.

The only method I know of is:

1. VIEW then REQUESTS
2. TOOLS then COPY FILE
3. save the output as a DOS file on my PC using Internet Explorer

Any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciated
