PL/SQL web pages not rendering

Hi there...



A colleague of mine is creating web pages using PL/SQL.



One of the pages does not get rendered properly.  The HTML code that
is generated DOES work, because if we save the code as another HTML
page, then the page renders properly.



What could the problem be?
