It is very unlikely that you will find 16 bit ODBC drivers anywhere for
Oracle. Also, certain 16 bit applications will not run on Windows 2000, so
I suspect strongly that even if the software would install, it would not
run. Sorry.
I assume this is an older application written in something like Paradox, VB3 or some other older 16 bit interface tool. It will be painful, but upgrading your application would be probably be well worth your while
