dbassist (Oracle Database Configuration assistant) - which comes with oracle 8i/9i -will create a database step by step and will give you a script as output if you need it. It's not quite a tutorial, but close.... Take the assistant-generated script and open your oracle concepts documentation for elaboration on terms and elements of the database.
