When I create a trigger that stop the execution of a command SQL in case
that the condition of trigger is fulfilled, the code ( I indicate by xxxx)
that is sent in the sentence:
RAISE_APPLICATION(-xxxxx, 'mensajeError')
It is always the same number ???
