Newbie- need to convert Oracle 8 db to MS Access

I'm sure you all have to do this all the time, right? :)

I'm a longtime SQL Server user who now has an Oracle db that needs to be converted to Access 2k for some users who feel most comfortable manipulating the db in that environment. I know there are other ways I would do this, but I'm new to Oracle 8 (I last used Oracle 6) and I don't feel like introducing people to TOAD, ErWin or some other interface to their data- they want MS Access.

Any tips and tricks or online documents that detail how to do this?
