I am trying to determine if it is possible to use an electronic signature within a database structure. Specifically, can an electronic signature be applied to a row of data or better a discrete series of rows of data?

I am currently working with Oracle 8.0.6 in a production environment, but am also using Oracle 8.1.7 and 9i in a testing environment.

Any help would be appreciated.
