Can I Execute at RunTime some portion of code in Developer???

Hi,

I need store functions, source code not only SELECT statements, in a column from a table, and after retrieve and execute them from a Developer module. Can I do it???

P.D. : At this moment I'm search a solution based in EXECUTE IMMEDIATE statement.
I use an Oracle 8i DB
